Dr. Jason Brooks
Founder
Dr. Jason's passion is to change lives and grow leaders and this focus and desire is at the heart of Dr. Jason Brooks & Company. He has over two decades experience in aligning, engaging, growing, and inspiring leaders in multi-million and multi-billion dollar organizations in multiple industries including church ministry, consulting, healthcare, hospitality, distribution, and manufacturing. He is an expert in leading personal and organizational transformation of all kinds.
Dr. Jason is an executive, leadership expert, bestselling author of several books, speaker and host of the LeaderTHRIVE Podcast. In everything he does, his focus is to lead on the journey for change, growth, and success with everyone he meets.
Dr. Jason and his bride, Darla, have been married for 25 years and live just north of Nashville, TN. Together they have three children. When not leading his company, creating, coaching, or consulting, he enjoys spending quiet time on the beach, light jazz music with a glass of wine, grilling out with his family and friends around the pool with the latest technology close at hand.

Aaron Lindsey
Podcast Production and Design Creative
Aaron is a creative professional with expertise in multiple areas of marketing and content creation, but he found is real calling and passion in podcast production. Going all the way back to his high-school years when Aaron ran the school radio station to today where he develops content and produces over 8 podcasts, several having received national recognition, his creative genius shines through.
A graduate of Nossi College of Art, Aaron is a great guide for all things creative and he lives that every day. With his wife, two children and the family dog, Lily, they make middle Tennessee their home. To reset and recharge, Aaron loves to read, watch SEC football (Go Auburn!!) and is a huge fan of REO Speedwagon and all things 80's music.
