I’m a faith-filled wayfarer following a faithful Way maker.
A man who’s walked mountaintops, valleys, gardens
and countless winding ways.
Every stretch of that journey shaped me, refined me, and taught me how to walk closely with God through seasons that required both grit and grace.
For more than three decades, I’ve served as an executive advisor, leadership coach, writer, speaker, and culture shaper. I walk with leaders and seekers who feel that tug inside—the sense that there’s more in them and more being asked of them. My work is simply helping them rise into it.
I guide leaders, seekers, and teams who sense there is more—more alignment, more courage, more love—and who are ready to take the next step with intention. My work lives at the intersection of leadership and love, performance and presence, truth and grace.
I don’t rush people. I walk with them.
If there’s a single belief that sits at the center of everything I am and do, it’s this: Love—real love—changes everything.
I’ve lived the ache of love withheld, the shackles of shame, and grief that crushes you to dust. Those moments didn’t end my story. They became the furnace that forged it.
Through God’s nearness, and the confidence and courage to keep taking one right step at a time, I discovered the fierce, honest, life-giving power of love. That discovery became the foundation of how I live, lead, and guide others.
Today, I help people unlock their potential and turn it into lived presence. Presence that brings people together, lifts them, awakens purpose, and creates cultures where humans can breathe again.
I’m the author of LOVE Fierce, LOVE Fierce: LEADERS, and the LOVE Fierce: Leaders Guidebook, and I’m continuing to build a whole ecosystem around the message. Executive coaching. Journey Groups. Leadership development experiences. Devotionals. And, the LOVE Fierce podcast. In everything, I guide leaders and seekers to live fully and freely the twelve expressions of love.

Personally, I’m a husband to Darla. A father to Andrew, Nathanael, and Aleya—whose life and legacy of love live deep in my soul.
